By accessing or using PromptVar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Permission is granted to temporarily access PromptVar for personal or commercial use.
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service; violate law or third-party rights; or use the service to create harmful or deceptive content.
You retain rights in content you submit, and grant PromptVar the limited license needed to host and process it. You are responsible for provider terms, outputs, and reviewing AI-generated results before use.
Credits and plans are described on the pricing page. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, are subject to the displayed terms, and may be refunded only under the applicable refund policy.
PromptVar and its trademarks, software, and service materials remain our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. AI outputs can be inaccurate; do not rely on them for decisions requiring professional judgment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, PromptVar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal reasons, or non-payment. You may delete your account. We may update these terms and will publish the effective date of material changes.
