PromptVar ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including account information, prompt content, and API keys (encrypted).
We use information to provide, secure, improve, and support the service; process purchases; communicate service notices; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Prompt content and execution history are stored to provide your library and history features. Provider API keys are stored only to support the requested provider connection and are never included in public pages or analytics.
We share data only with processors needed to operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, email, payment, and AI providers selected by you. Providers receive the minimum data needed for the requested operation.
We retain account data while your account is active and remove or anonymize it when deletion completes. Limited financial records may be retained where required by law, with identifying fields pseudonymized.
We use access controls, server-side authorization, encrypted transport, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security; report suspected incidents promptly.
You may access, correct, export, or delete account information through the service or by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications. We respond to valid privacy requests subject to identity verification and applicable law.
We use essential storage for sessions and preferences. Optional analytics are disabled unless enabled in the relevant setting; extension analytics are opt-in.
The service is not directed to children under the age permitted by applicable law. We may update this policy and will publish the effective date when material changes are made.
